Mike Tsatalis

Mike Tsatalis is the principal of T&T Law Firm. He has over a decade of legal experience, with deep specialism across high-value energy and infrastructure mandates, including transactions with significant cross-border elements.

Mike has held in-house general counsel positions at energy platform level, overseeing legal strategy across project financings exceeding EUR 500 million, advising on acquisition and development transactions totalling over 5 GW of renewable capacity, and directing governance and dispute strategy within complex multi-party joint venture structures.

His background combines academic training in French corporate and securities law with early-career commercial litigation experience, followed by sustained in-house and transactional practice focused on the energy sector. He has served as Board Secretary, governance advisor and senior negotiator across a range of principal and counterparty mandates.
