Experience from
inside the business.
Mike serves as General Counsel to renewable energy platforms, directing legal strategy across acquisitions, development, financing, project contracts, governance and disputes.
His experience includes project financings exceeding €500 million and acquisition and development transactions involving more than 5 GW of aggregate renewable capacity. These figures include his work as in-house General Counsel.
His background combines academic training in corporate, finance and securities law with commercial dispute resolution and energy-sector transactional practice. He has also served as Board Secretary and governance adviser within multi-party investment structures.
